We develop the design concept, source every piece through our trade relationships, manage all orders, coordinate delivery, and style the space when everything arrives. You walk in when it is finished. Flat design fee based on project scope.

By Room is our virtual design service for clients who want a fully developed design plan, but prefer to manage execution themselves. We design, source, and specify every detail, then provide the drawings and direction needed to bring the room to life. You handle the on-site coordination, delivery, and installation. Virtual delivery. Room by room.
